After having a huge falling out with his parents back in America, Aiden is sent to live in Japan for the rest of the school semester and things haven't been easy since his arrival. Other than constantly being bullied for being a foreigner and having to put up with his Host brother who he is pretty sure hates his guts, he ends up falling for a young attractive male teacher at his school. Despite all odds stacked against him, Aiden continues to show everyone that he's Not Like Other Boys.
