Hopeless, helpless, and hapless Detective Donnie Private Eye runs an unsuccessful business. His clients ask him to find items such as pens, paperclips, and bubblegum which frustrates him to no end. However, his luck has taken a strange turn as a mysterious lady in red has begun literally popping in to his office and asking him to solve strange cases. With the help of the wacky residents of the city, Donnie Private Eye tries to solve the Lady in Red's cases - which leads to even wackier results.
