Normal Procedures is a black-and-white absurdist webtoon where ordinary situations trigger wildly disproportionate responses. A wrong word, a strange taste, or a minor doubt escalates into calm, bureaucratic catastrophe. Authority is polite, rules are absolute, and consequences are final yet meaningless. Inspired by Nichijou, Monty Python, and Kafka, each standalone episode follows flawless procedures toward completely irrational outcomes — all treated as perfectly normal.
