Erich Von Noctem is visiting the island his family owns in coastal Maine as a part of a business trip. A terrible storm keeps him from being able to leave, but instead it allows him to cross paths with Jasper, one of the inhabitants of the island. Though Erich and him meet on less than ideal circumstances, destiny keeps the two together.
