After a lifetime of neglect and abuse, 19 year old Rosalie Hisakawa finds herself in a life of crime. From committing a small gas station robbery, to becoming one of the most infamous criminals in the cyberpunk dystopia that is now New York City, Rosalie has earned herself the nickname "Scarlet Ruby". However, her life takes an interesting turn when she reunites with an old childhood friend, now a police officer with a strong sense of justice driven by the loss of his father.
