Greentown used to be a regular town... a year ago. Apocalyptic event called the Crisis War caused death of one of city's many superheroes, but also mutated many of its inhabitants, turning then into animal hybrids and/or giving them superpowers. Chloe was turned part Cheetah - so now she tries her luck at the hero business as Ninjacat.
