A 10 year old named Sunny goes off into an adventure when he begins to take the Vigilante/Veteran exam in order to become the #1 Vigilante which is his dream; an exam that allows ordinary humans to become super heroes that cut corners sometimes. From there on he meets new friends and enemies. EDIT: Sunny and Waltz go to ninja academy. Sunny wants to be the number one Shinobi Rockstar.
