James ends up getting hurt in a factory accident, causing his face to be half-injured. He was rushed to the hospital only to wake up in the streets of a foggy and dead looking world, still in his hospital gown. He meets others in the process of finding a safe home, but the strange thing is, they seem to be the only people out here that are...normal? throughout the big city are mindless people infected through a weird thing in the sky...?
