When Pact Magic was introduced, warfare in the Second World War changed forever. By offering one's soul to a Spirit of myths and agreeing to uphold a bargain, incredible powers are granted in return. The year is now 1959, and with no end to the war in sight, an arms race begins for who can assemble the most potent Pact Users.
