"Neon" stuck in a world manifested by emotions conjured by humans, finds it difficult to decipher between whats reality and whats not. Neon who's accompanied by "Momo" an octopus, navigating through a strange land tries to return to his former self. Fighting to regain his humanity and avoid complete insanity. Neon encounters helpless children who suffer by the world's hands and attempts to also save them from turning into Lost Souls, like himself.
