In the year 2150 humanity is about to successfully use teleportation technology. A boy named Alejandro, in his final year of highschool, goes to the demonstration of this new technology. In a turn of events the new technology begins to warp interdimensional properties across the demonstration hall including radioactivity affecting many of the people present at the demonstration, including Alejandro(Alex). This gives the affected people new found abilities that they must learn to control.
