A boy named Neo is faced with a horrific event as a child. At 15 he affiliates himself with a criminal organization. He is later arrested and sentenced to 30 years in prison. Now 19 he's given a second chance and is released. With no place to go, he enlists in the P.P.D. He then graduates as the youngest captain in P.P.D history. He then finds 4 unlikely people with similar backgrounds to use as his squad who agree to commit revenge against the Reikokuna Senshi who murdered their families.
