Mindy an American woman leaves her boring uneventful life in the US and, moves to her dream town in Japan! Mew~ Mew~ Mew~ Cats and Nekos are ALL the rage now! Mindy takes advantage of this and, opens a café centered around nekos and maids. Meanwhile 3 self aware and self dependent neko lab experiments escape captivity. They apply and are accepted.
