Jackie Patel needs a fresh start, so she makes an out-of-character impulsive decision and moves to the small town of Paxton. Here, she meets Marcie, possibly the nicest (and most forgetful) person she's ever met, who introduces her to the slightly excentric and hardly effective city council. Jackie's determined to leave her past self behind and open herself up to friendship - and maybe even something more. (GL, heart-warming)
