Ned and Teddy are a duo on my hand drawn manga. I made this in 2010. It's about a Nerdy Loser name Ned and his little sister's plush name Teddy. It's a comedy adventure of a guy and a teddy bear. Featuring some O.C. I made. Vixie the Silver Fox made her first debut, on this manga.
