Their world is just like ours, with one exception: due to the effects of a virus, the newest generation of humans possess the ability to control the elements. Ash awakens in this world with no memories, no recollection of anybody having elemental abilities, and no powers to call their own. An earth Elemental named Rose finds them in their predicament and vows to help them figure out their identity and their place in this world.
