The Zaudi family, the most influential in the isolated village of Akana in the middle of the desert, confronts the superstitions and curses that plague albinos. Determined to protect Navidia, the young albino of the family, the Zaudi decide to confine her and keep her away from the outside world. Is the price of her safety too high? Or will they find another way to save her without sacrificing her freedom?
