The infamous Nature Guy, a super villan with a grudge against littering, sets his sights on New York City as a spring board to then take over the rest of the world. After his brother is killed by Nature Guy, Harold (Hams) teams up with two detectives to stop Nature Guy's evil from spreading. Will they manage to halt this mad man in his tracks, or will it become New Nature Guy?
