When Matthew Pulse is killed multiple times by demonic forces a group of devils resurrect him and take him in. It seems the supernatural world is after a divine machine sealed inside of him and some factions will kill and steal whilst some will use diplomacy. Over the course of a few cold nights he must pick sides and prepare for oncoming wars. These choices will define his life for the next 4 years and the consequences of his hastiness will be his to bare
