In a world of Witches and Magical Girls, Eleanor, a journalist recently discovered that her best friend, Amy was secretly a Magical Girl. Just one problem, Amy sucks at being a magical girl and is very insecure about it. In order to help Amy, Eleanor decides to dress up as a witch, becoming Amy's arch nemesis so she can indirectly help Amy become the greatest Magical Girl.
