In a world devastated by an event called the "Mutagen Cataton," Pucca, a 16 year old boy living in the Bablands, is swept up to the mutant city of Asylum. Living there with a cyclope named Nayze, Pucca not only has to conceal his identity to most of the inhabitants, but deal with the corruption spreading amongst the city..
