Chocolate chip can't melt in the ice cream people world. Some people born with this trait, and with powers, and some doesn't, but this ice cream is not under the old curse that makes them melt. Chip found himself in a big problem, where he is the "chosen one" and had to make a magical promise to change the fate of the ice creams, what happens if he doesn't fullfill what he said or die? everyone will melt with him.
