2024 UPDATE: I've struggled with how to update Master Typhoon's character design. Keeping with the 90's Anime theme he's another proud owner of a mighty mullet. His bright orange hair did have a canonical reason so I have to be careful toning it. His original concept was equal parts Lt Surge and the general from Mulan, but he somehow came out looking like a buff version of the whiney ML of Bleach.
