Edith is a young medieval girl beloved by her neighbors for her beauty, kindness, and responsibility. One day, while selling fabrics around the marketplace, she encounters a girl whom she has never seen before, searching for her parents. Edith ends up taking the girl in until she can find her family; however, this task proves to be difficult, as strange occurrences begin happening throughout the village, disrupting the order and changing the lives of all who live in it.
