20 years ago, there was a team of elite fighters referred to as the 'Raven Roses'. Due to a freak accident that killed one of them and greatly injured the rest, it was disbanded. Arktis, a swords-woman, and Jokull, a magic-user, are on a mission to recruit people to remake the Raven Roses to fill the gap in the North Division's defenses. However, they begin to notice not all is as it seems and soon find the entire world may be at threat.
