When we originally posted this page on Jeeves, we got comments expressing confusion about Simon's declaration of being Puerto Rican so I thought I'd drop the same note here that I did originally. Hispanic people come in many skin tones, from very dark to very light. Hispanic does not always mean dark/tan skin. These words from an extremely pale half Puerto Rican creator of this comic :)
