In a not too distant future, global warming and the depletion of the Earth's resources has led humankind to live in "domes", mega cities that function as stand alone countries built to protect their citizens from the harsh environment. As the planet dies, a group of outcasts from different walks of life come together to destroy the governmental systems in place that prevent humanity from evolving toward what they consider the next step, leaving the planet and becoming more than human.
