Billie's family mecha-repair business faces bankruptcy as their hometown becomes more impoverished! So a Monopolizing Mecha Manufacturing Corp. named Hendrix takes advantage of that situation and threatens their home and shop! Then, Billie joins "MECHA-MANIA" (a tournament-based free-style mech-fighting league where the fighters must destroy each other by any means), all in hopes of winning enough matches to rise the ranks and earn big bucks to bring her family and her hometown out of the mud.
