Ren, a college dropout plagued with chronic fatigue syndrome feels as though life is passing him by, and try as he may, sometimes things just feel unrealistic... even if the goal is simple. Now back in his hometown, he sees his childhood friends moving on with life while he feels stuck in place living bogged down by his illnesses and anxieties.
