M.A.G.M.A stands for "Ministry of Abnormal Government Metahuman Abilities". It's a government run organization that enforces the law and protects the people. Some people are born with an ability special to them but the government limits who are allowed to train and use their abilities unless apart of M.A.G.M.A. Some go against M.A.G.M.A. They are called H.A.V.O.C which stands for "Hostile Agents of Vigilantism Opposing Control". They believe it is the birth right to use your abilities.
