When Prince Sapphire and his friends are evacuated from their home, they find themselves trapped in a mysterious kingdom floating high in the sky lost to the rest of the world. However the kingdom is much stranger than they initially thought as the kingdom is ruled by mad queen and her three crazed rulers.
