After a gruelling night of grinding video games, Finn Rogers wakes up late on New Years day to get a call from an old friend, Naya Jensen. She convinces Finn to sign up to her gym, “Macho Fitness”, despite his initial hesitation. Being unfit himself, Finn has a lot of training and learning to do to keep up with Naya, but that’s not all he has to prepare for.
