Michael B. Harrison (or "Mike") is an average 15 year old boy from Pennsylvania. He is usually calm, quiet, clear-headed, and tries to stay out of trouble. His best friend, Victor Gray ("Vic") is the exact opposite of that. Loud, irrational, and quite a troublemaker. Despite this, the two of them get along very well, living their ordinary, simple life. But when they stumble upon something the government has been trying to cover up, they realize maybe their lives aren't as simple as they thought.
