Blair is given a choice to go with her family to Russia and start online school or to stay in California and continue going to in-person school chooses to stay in California to not take a chance not to ruin getting into the school of her dreams. She has to stay with some people from her school while the rest of her family is in Russia and ends up having to live with her bullies Issac, Parker, Evan, and Walker.
