Mi-Cha, known as "the Little Red Head," is the daughter of Hye Myung, who is well known for taking down many bad guys. When Hye Myung retires and settles down with his new wife in Korea, it is up to Mi-Cha to follow in her father's footsteps and take down the Black Mask, who has already started his killing spree.
