Aluedel, once a beacon of healing and medicine, is now only an obscure rumor scattered throughout the world’s fractured history. Still, Faron and his companions travel with the faint hope that Aluedel must still exist and may offer a cure to Faron’s peculiar and worsening condition. Their journey will take them to unexpected and extraordinary places, but they will soon realize someone has been searching for Faron as well.
