A man is followed by a strange woman on his way out of train. After realising her presence she flees but he, stricken with couriosity, decides to follow her, only to discover she is a recluse who lives in a basement lit by 1925 lightbulbs, wears lemonjuice as perfume, has an interest in music, a pet goldfinch and strange eating habits.
