10,000 years after global warming has resulted in an unfortunate lack of mainland, all humans have either died or evolved to survive in the sea, leaving nothing but islands where mountains use to be. A small sprite crawls out of the woodwork, glad that the humans are gone, letting her live in peace once again when- is that a baby?!? This is a story of Mekko, a human in a world with no humans, the last one to wander the few strips of land left.
