Kukuru follows the adventures of Ben Okori and his gang, a group of naive, foul-mouthed, and bad-mannered boys and girls at Hartfield Elementary! At its core, Kukuru’s central premise lies with the topics of childhood, maturation, and the importance of one’s relationships, as well as examining modern gender relations through the eyes of wide-eyed, naive, and slightly deranged children.
