In a town paid off by the mob and run by the underground, Royce is one of the few guards that actually does his job: protecting the people and locking away criminals. However with morals like those, in a town like this, he also has a knack for getting into serious trouble. Good thing his best friend Fray has a knack for getting him out of it... even if it might be a little outside the of law.
