KILLUMINATI is a futuristic dystopian story that takes place in a city called "Red Light City", in a country known as the UCD. In this world, powerful handheld energy weapons known as "Dev Weapons" have taken the world by storm, causing a lot of war and death. The UCD has a monopoly on these powerful weapons, and use them to take over other countries by force. These weapons are manufactured an sold to the government by a shadow organization known as "The Saints".
