In a world where the government controls society and decides who lives or dies, there is a boy who has just turned 18 and is infected by a disease that spreads to all those who have supernatural abilities, causing them to lose consciousness and succumb to blood. The government, not wanting to scare the population, says that they are demons and creates a headquarters of paranormal investigators, who in this case would be people hired by the government to eliminate people infected by this disease.
