Julia was a normal school aged child until a few weeks again when she was ubducted by aliens. She doesn't fully remember everything but now she's dedicated to spreading the "crazy" truth to her fellow humans. The only problem is she has an unmovable collar trackers used by "vex". An alien who will do anything to stop her and control her.
