Joell Joestar is a 23 year old Frenchman. He moved to The United States at the young age of 13 in order to pursue an education in medicine. His goal? To cure an incurable illness: addiction. It's a large undertaking, but his interest in the sciences takes him, and others, across the country to investigate a medical company that appeared out of nowhere with the ability to cure any disease with a single pill. How is this possible? Who is behind it? What is at play?
