Vlad Dracul was locked up for a long time when a magician sealed his powers, by order of an evil being, when he defended Romania from the invaders, after time a young man named Florian frees him, as a result of that confinement when leaving Vlad loses the 75 % of their powers which begin to disperse and materialize into terrible monsters that Florian with the help of Vlad must face.
