In the 1700s, people brought in vegetation from other places around the world/ country, and now, California’s economy, ecosystem, and resources are being damaged. These invasives start of harmless and when their population overtakes the natives’ resources and interferes with the ecosystem or food chain or other aspects of nature’s fragile system, problems occur. These changes affect the economy’s prosperity and it also takes a lot of money and commitment to fix their damage.
