Inner is about a teenager, Ott, who tries to master his Inner Spirit, an entity that gives him powers beyond that of a normal Host. While working on himself, he encounters an organization called Dynamic Inner Enterprises or D.I.E. that is interested in him to the point that they want to use him for human experiments. D.I.E. does everything in its power to kidnap him, from bribing his teachers to corrupting stable humans into rogue hosts who act like beasts. Ott does his best just to survive.
