19 year old Noe lives in a town that has a mountain near it.The moutain gets taken over by street racers.One day Noe goes down the mountaun with his 1986 Ford EXP while going down the mountain he spots a black Rx-7 in his rearview mirror.Noe starts letting the Rx-7 through but it stops right next to his car.Noe doesnt want to do anything dumb so he tries to avoid it but he gets annoyed with the Rx-7 and races it.That one race changed his perspective on racing forever
