100 years in the future, humans have mastered genetic technology. All babies must be genetically modified, leading to a few people being incorrectly modified to have "superpowers." The government keeps a 'genetic threat' list of all known "superheroes," which their goal is to kill. Follow the journey of three "superheroes" as they try to take down the system.
