The Greek Gods are real, and a feud between Zeus and Hades has resulted in the presence of Ichor, the blood of the Gods, on Earth. Ichor is poisonous to humans, however once it hardened and crystalized over time it began emitting strange energy giving people superhuman powers. All nations on Earth heavily militarize with a single goal, precuring Ichor.
